SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing MB Care. We are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your products.


  1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS. After processing, your order is handed over to our courier partner.


  1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

MB Care currently delivers across India. Delivery availability depends on your location and courier serviceability.

In case your location is not serviceable, we will inform you and initiate a refund if payment has already been made.


  1. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time:

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Non-metro cities: 3–7 business days
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather or courier delays.


  1. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges 29/- will be shown at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping on selected orders or during promotional offers.


  1. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and serviceable locations.

Please ensure that you are available to receive the order. Repeated order rejections may lead to COD restrictions.


  1. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

You can track your order status using the provided tracking details.


  1. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order is not delivered due to unavailability or incorrect details, it may be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.


  1. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete address details.

MB Care is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.


  1. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If you receive a damaged package:

• Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged
• Contact us within 24 hours with photos or videos

If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement as per our policy.

In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a resolution.


  1. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we try to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Courier issues
• High demand
• Remote locations

We appreciate your understanding in such cases.


  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, MB Care does not offer international shipping.
