NO RETURN POLICY
All products sold on our website are non-returnable. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned under normal circumstances.
This policy is applicable to all orders, as our products are consumable and cannot be resold once opened or handled.

REPLACEMENT POLICY (ONLY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS)
We offer replacement only in cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
To be eligible for a replacement:
• The product must be visibly damaged at the time of delivery
• You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order
• You must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product
• The product should be unused and in original packaging
If the issue is verified, we will initiate a replacement at no additional cost.

NO REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on any orders once they are placed and delivered.
Refunds will only be considered in rare cases such as:
• Product is out of stock after payment
• Order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen reasons
In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

DELIVERY DAMAGE GUIDELINES

• Check the package at the time of delivery
• Avoid accepting visibly damaged packages
